Mingi Choi, OD

Dr. Mingi Choi joined our team in January 2021. Dr. Choi is from Queens, NY and born in South Korea.

She received her undergraduate degree at Stony Brook University and her doctorate from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University.

She completed her clinical training at Brooklyn VA Medical Center and The Feinbloom Low Vision Center at The Eye Institute of Philadephia.

She is a licensed Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. Most recently worked in Southeast Texas where she provided comprehensive eye exam, contact lens fitting, post-op cataract care, and ocular disease management.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, spending time with her family, and raising her dogs, Arya and Sansa

Dr. Choi practices comprehensive optometry, including the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease such as glaucoma,, macular degeneration, cataracts, dry eyes and diabetic eye disease.
